Becoming a Sleep Zzzen Master

Well done for getting to day 7. Listen to today’s task and use the relaxation. This is not the end of the course, but the beginning. The aim is to continue with your good habits, embed them and build upon them, that is why I want to encourage you to start to track the quality of your sleep. You will find the audio tip explains more. Along with it you will find a pdf ‘sleep tracker form’. By all means use another means of tracking, but remember not to over-complicate things. Check out the additional resources in the ‘Operation Snooze- debrief’ and start to gradually pick up additional tips to include. Don’t rush things. If the good habits slip, don’\t worry and don’t beat yourself up. Just get back to the basics. The

The golden rule to all of this is - don't stress over your sleep, the quality or quantity. When you find your good habits slide (as they will when life gets in the way), come back to the basics and check what small things you can do to improve your sleep environment (Sleep Zzzone), your pre-bedtime routine (Pre-Zzzedtime routines) and your sleep practise (Sleep Zzzen-master) habits.
