'With the unprecedented change faced within the Prison Service, recognising the importance of effective leadership which balances the need to raise performance and ensure staff wellbeing is critical to success.  With that in mind, we asked Dave Algeo, of Algeo Training Limited, to deliver a session on ‘developing resilient leaders and teams.’

The session was excellent and very well received by all the leaders attending.  They found the session practical, engaging and Dave’s use of creative images and analogies really helped to shape thinking and perception in this area.

'We asked Algeo Training to provide some bespoke ‘presenting evidence at court training‘ for our prison staff facing the possibility of attending court.  Dave and John ran the course in a real court setting and the feedback has been fantastic.  All of the staff attending have raved about it stating how valuable they thought the course was in preparing them for the stressful experience of attending court as a professional witness.  Indeed, one of our longer serving prison officers said “In all my 18 years as a prison officer, this is the very best course I have been on. Brilliant!”  My thanks to Dave and John for a fantastic series of courses and a great personal approach to their business.
