This is the more in depth course looking at how to more positively manage your stress and the things causing you stress.  It is broken down into small sections to enable to work through it at your own pace.  You will find exercises and downloads to support the lessons.

This course is ideal for you if you:

  • Want to learn more about what is causing you stress why it affects you the way it does.

  • Want to add a range of tools to your stress management toolkit.

Module 1: What it does for you?

Module 5: Overwhelm or Overload?

Are you overwhelmed or overloaded? When it comes to feeling 'stressed out' you need to know the difference. Why? Because the tools you need are different depending on which kind of 'stressed out' you are. In this lesson, Dave explains the difference.

Module 7: Dealing with Overload

Coping more positively with what can feel like a never ending series of negative emotions and stressors, is key. In this lesson, Dave shares his six part strategy for better coping.
