Don't forget - this is an ongoing process of tweaking up your sleep. You will continue to have varying levels of quality sleep, so remember that it is the ongoing process of monitoring and tweaking that will generally raise your sleep quality over the days, weeks, months and years ahead.

The golden rule to all of this is - don't stress over your sleep, the quality or quantity.  When you find your good habits slide (as they will when life gets in the way), come back to the basics and check what small things you can do to improve your sleep environment (Sleep Zzzone), your pre-bedtime routine (Pre-Zzzedtime routines) and your sleep practise (Sleep Zzzen-master) habits.
