'Dave’s entertaining session, “The S Word”, proved a great warm up for our key note speaker this year, the Rt Hon Michael Portillo and, given the challenging times we are all facing, provided some food for thought around effectively managing stress.Our 2010 annual conference is a lively and engaging 3 day event which aims to tap into current issues of relevance to our members.  With that in mind we asked Dave Algeo to deliver an engaging and informative session on Stress.The session proved to be a hit, providing much needed laughs and thought provoking information along with hints, tools and tips on how to manage stress more effectively in our work and personal lives.
