Welcome to your 3 month weight and health management programme.
Here we go - the start of the Accelerator Programme.
First we need to get you familiar with the overall programme and to remind you of the 'prep-phase' activities that are well worth doing. If you have completed some or all of those that's great - it really will help make the most of the programme. If not, it is worth checking them out (see below), but you can still get moving with the programme.
