FAQ - What do i do if I have a health or mobility issue

 

I use the cabbages and sprouts metaphor a lot to establish the importance of having a clear goal (cabbage) that you can then slice down and chunk into sprout sized actions, habits rituals and routines and then focus on sweating those sprouts.

But there's a bit more to it than that - it's also about enjoying the journey and focusing less on the cabbage and more on enjoying the sweating of the sprouts - enjoying the process.
