What are three things that can help boost my weight loss efforts?

 

I'm not a believer in 'quick fixes' - sustainable change takes consistency (sprout-sweating as i call it), but I do love a quick win - a small change or 'thing' that can have a big impact (the sprouts with the most clout) - it's worth identifying those and focusing on ensuring they become a regular feature in routines, rituals and habits.
