Reframing 'Diet' - The Challenge of Shifting from 'Restriction'

The Restless Midlifer : Episode 105

It's episode 105. This week I build upon my thoughts last week on finding the right balance between diet and exercise and focus in on diet and how the overarching framing of 'restriction' is problematic for many of us.

In this episode I outline an alternative approach and give my thinking on this which is a work in progress and very much shaped by my own experiences and those of my clients.

If you are finding yourself with 'diet burnout' then this episode is intended to help you start your journey back from burnout to getting back on top of your health and in charge of your weight management. I mention a video from my FAQ page 'the four levers of weight management'

let me know your thoughts.
