Commit to Action
daily sprout 440
We often think that all out huge maximum effort actions are the key to achieving our goals. the trouble is, as sexy as that sounds, it’s not sustainable. I’m not knocking it as a tactic, but it needs to be part of a bigger plan of action. So, commit to taking action, then take it and keep taking it. Daily actions repeated consistently will pay off.
Heres the quote form the video:
"When we commit to action, actually doing something rather than being trapped by events, the stress in our lives become manageable." Greg Anderson.
This is a great quote because it emphasis the importance and value of doing something rather than freezing up or hiding away. Taking some sort of action gives us a sense of control back and allows us to get moving.
Keep an eye out for the next blog.
