A Bubble Wrap Moment

Making Time for fun

One of the first things to when under stress is silliness and pointless fun.  It seems like an indulgence and one we can't afford when time is pressed or we have no energy.

The thing is, we need to take time out from the 'to do' lists and agendas (our own and those of others).  We need to switch off work mode and find something fun to do.  In today's daily sprout , i share an idea with you and encourage you to find your own 'bubble wrap' moment in each day. Go on, it's indulgent, yes, but it worth it and can be energising and renewing.  Drop a comment in the box below and let me know what you thought of the video and what your own 'bubble wrap' moment would be.  We are all different and we all define ;fun' differently.

I don't know what it is about bubble wrap.

But for me there's just somethin'
so therapeutic about it.

It's lovely, just.
(popping)

Just feels great.

Now it may not be your thing
but what is your thing?

What is it something simple
and silly that just gives you

this little sense of
giddiness, silliness, levity.

Find that bubble wrap moment in your day

and just take some time out to enjoy it.
