Building Better Relationships

Confidence Credentials Podcast - Episode 1

I have recently embarked on a collaboration with friend and MD of men’s outfitters Master Debonair, Simon Whitaker. Simon has appeared on my podcast - Restless Midlifer episode 101, and we immediately shared a mutual passion for building confidence. The strap line for Master Debonair is ‘outfitting self-confidence.’ I love that and it beautifully compliments my work on the inner work to build confidence, self-belief and comfort in our own skin.

Because of this great synergy, Simon and I decided to launch a podcast that focuses on confidence and exploring the stories of guests - how they built their own confidence and what the learned from their own challenges. We have some great guests already recorded and more lined up and some fabulous learning.

So, without further ado. here is ‘Episode 1’ of the Confidence Credentials Podcast. If you enjoy it, then get subscribed by visiting the show at Spotify or on You Tube. In episode 1 we are joined by Phil Airson and Richard Harkness who are working together on the Betterman Project (show notes below).
