Where Do I Get My Information From?

 

Given there is so much confusing and downright rubbish out there when it comes to how to best lose weight, manage our health, I thought it worth giving you an insight into how I develop my own content and thoughts around the topic. I believe in robust, well-researched information, but even that can be tricky to find. So, here I share my approach as well as some useful sources (by no means all I use, but great for us all and accessible):
