Taking on Massive Challenges - Interview with Paul Hopper

The Restless Midlifer : Episode 111

It’s episode 111. This week I am delighted to have been joined by Paul Hopper, a retired Fire Officer who has an amazing story to share. After a life threatening brain haemorrhage Paul thankfully recovered but found his whole perspective on life had changed. This set him on the trail of finding a challenge to accomplish in life. Paul shares his story of how he became one of less than 2000 people on the planet to row the Atlantic. This is a great interview, with some great insights from Paul on midlife.
