Heaven or Hell?

Are you in heaven or in hell? It is so worth remembering, that much of the torment we create in life is not so much about the circumstances we're going through, and I know there are some significant exceptions to that, but much of our day to day life can become hell, simply by our interpretation, our inner critic, and our voice that's driving us or grinding us down. Give yourself that break and see what you can do to challenge it and turn it to heaven. Start to look for the positive.
