Understanding How to Leverage Motivation & Inspiration
I find that motivation and inspiration, whilst wonderful can be fleeting and never seem to be around when you need them to be, i.e. to help you with the day to day grind of working through the sprout-sized actions and habits to achieve the goal. That's why I think it is important to recognise that they play an important part in working towards our goals, but they are not something we can rely on for the whole weight loss journey - they can be called upon at opportune times, but we need the rest of our health architecture to be robust enough to get the job done the rest of the time.
