Willpower and Determination - Can it be Strengthened?
The Restless Midlifer : Episode 115
It’s episode 115. In this episode I explore the topic of willpower, motivation and inspiration and ask the question - can we strengthen our willpower? I share a metaphor to help you understand how and when to best use willpower, motivation and inspiration. I also share research findings from neuroscience that show how we can develop a stronger sense of willpower and determination. In other words, get better at doing the things we need to do to achieve our goals even when we don't want to.
