Ending on A Cliff Hanger?
daily sprout 473
It is something that is so easily forgotten when we feel stressed and overwhelmed for any length of time. But, remembering to focus on the positives in life rather than the negatives is a skill which, with practice, can become a foundation for greater wellbeing and a more positive outlook and mindset.
Todays' daily sprout transcript:
Are you always ending your day on a cliffhanger? Like EastEnders or Emmerdale, every episode seems to end on a cliffhanger, doesn't it? And it's all designed to keep you coming back or keep you watching. The thing is, are you ending your days more often than not on a cliffhanger? Are you ending it on an unresolved issue, on a crisis or a drama or something that hasn't been dealt with? Because if so, you're keeping things churning. You can't necessarily relax and get to sleep easily if like the soap you're ending the day on a cliffhanger.
