The hard way is easier in the long run. We often spend so much time trying to make things easier, trying to take the easier route, trying to protect ourselves from the pain, the difficulty, and the challenge. And actually, getting used to choosing the harder way, getting used to taking the harder action, having the harder, more difficult conversation, making the effort. Once we start to develop the habit of that, things become easier.
I've learned this one personally, since, I admit I am inherently lazy given the chance. The trouble is, I don't like the results of that laziness. I feel lethargic, my health goes out of the window and I stop achieving results in my life and business that I want. So, I have come to learn that developing small but consistent daily habits is the key to getting the results I want in life
