In this episode I complete the series on our relationship with food and explore emotional eating. I distinguish between eating out of boredom and as a result of emotions and share some thoughts on how to better manage our eating and our emotions with a view to managing our weight and health. I also share that this will be the last episode of the podcast for a while. The podcast is not ending, just being put on a hiatus.
